Maintenance is not just "cutting the grass", rather it consists of improving all aspects of the property. Unlike most landscaping businesses, we offer a 12-month contract with a low monthly rate that will not change on a month to month basis.* This allows our clients to be able to know how much they are going to pay every month so that they are able to budget easier and less worries about whether or not snow removal should be done. * Price may change if the scope of work changes or other services are desired after signing a contract. Price may also change if the amount of Ice Melt exceeds the monthly payment in the case of a freak month of weather where it snows more than average.
